We have experience in public procurement, from both public authorities and the tenders side, including the projects which were co-financed from the funds of the European Union as well as in the execution of FIDIC-based contracts. At the behest of our clients we have appeared frequently before the Public Procurement Office successfully representing their interests. In order to support them as professionally as possible, we used to report our findings to the President of the Public Procurement Office to interpret provisions of the Act "Public Procurement Law".
